In some parts of Europe (Sweden) this custom of a single size duvet for each person is one reason the larger Queen and King Size duvets are a bit harder to find. On one level having separate duvets as covers makes sense on another level I don’t know if I’d get used to the idea.

I have been using two single duvets on a king-sized bed since living in Scandinavia – I wouldn’t want it any other way! No fighting over the covers, no issues when turning over in bed – really quite convenient and highly recommended for a happy marriage!
